GSD Management is preparing to welcome residents to Landsdown Residence, a new student housing development at 1182 Gordon Street in Guelph.

The current residence concept brings together furnished rooms, private bathrooms, and shared spaces, with utilities and internet included. Planned occupancy is September 2027; details remain subject to confirmation.
